Co-Founder & CEO
Kaveh began his security career in 2017 as a night guard at the World on Yonge complex and quickly rose to leadership roles through unwavering commitment and strategic oversight. His promotion to Site Supervisor by 2019 reflected both his expertise and his indispensable presence on-site, even amid company transitions.
Mahdi Ramezani
Co-Founder & COO
Mahdi’s journey in security began at just 15, installing CCTV systems across large properties. His hands-on technical background, paired with proven leadership in live operations, led to his promotion as Team Leader within months of joining as a guard in 2023.

Vision
After serving 10 years in Security Supervisor operations, I witnessed firsthand the gap between traditional security services and what clients truly needed. In 2025, We founded WorldWatch Security with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a security company that doesn't just guard, but truly protects.
The Early Days
We began with just 15 security guards at one of the most prestigious sites, the World on Yonge Complex, along with a single client managing three commercial complexes in Thornhill, Toronto. we recall working 16-hour days, personally training every guard, and responding to calls at 3 a.m. Those early challenges instilled in us the values of reliability and personal accountability, principles that continue to define WorldWatch Security today.
Innovation Drive
By 2012, we realized that technology would revolutionize security. While others resisted change, we embraced it. We invested heavily in AI-powered surveillance, mobile reporting systems, and real-time communication tools. This forward-thinking approach helped us stay ahead of the curve and better serve our clients.
Expertise
I Lunched WorldWatch in 2025 when the industry needs experiencing rapid growth but facing operational challenges. With my background in process optimization and quality management, I saw an opportunity to build systems that could scale while maintaining the personal touch that made us special.
Building Excellence
My first major initiative was implementing our quality management system. We standardized training protocols, created comprehensive reporting systems, and established performance metrics that ensure consistent service delivery across all our locations.
Scaling Success
The most rewarding part of my role has been watching our team grow from 50 to over 500 professionals while maintaining our family-like culture. Every operational improvement we make directly impacts our officers' ability to serve clients better, and that drives me every day.
